RemNet is an incorporated not-for-profit
organisation, comprised of a wide spectrum of New Zealand’s leading
organisations.
RemNet was founded 30 years ago to promote the professional development
of Remuneration Specialists in New Zealand. Today RemNet is a flourishing
organisation with world-wide networks and educational programmes.
Members of the
network benefit by participation in a simple yet comprehensive position
match Salary Survey; participation at an annual Remuneration Conference
and by networking with other representatives from the membership.
There are several
features that distinguish membership of RemNet:
- Members cover
major companies in New Zealand, thereby providing an excellent
database for salary and compensation comparison;
- All members
share a responsibility to input quality data thereby ensuring
credible output;
- Because RemNet
is managed for members by members, the group shares a higher commitment
to participation and is responsive to member requirements;

of RemNet provides the opportunity to meet other survey members
in a conference environment and establish contacts with other
