RemNet Connect seeks to bring the membership community together regionally; in Wellington, Christchurch and Auckland.
These Connect sessions provide a key platform for members to come together, in their respective regions, to network and share information. Guest speakers from member organisations and the broader business community will present and discuss remuneration and rewards management in their organisations.
RemNet members are able to attend these sessions at a substantially discounted fee.

BNZ is about to launch a company-wide, education road show called Pay101. Available to all BNZ staff, this programme will address foundation areas of remuneration such as their remuneration strategy, how salaries are determined, why have incentives, package vs non package structures, and much more.
Come along to listen and discuss notions of transparency and, how to tackle those tricky areas when communicating remuneration.
