RemNet Connect

RemNet Connect seeks to bring the membership community together regionally; in Wellington, Christchurch and Auckland.

These Connect sessions provide a key platform for members to come together, in their respective regions, to network and share information. Guest speakers from member organisations and the broader business community will present and discuss remuneration and rewards management in their organisations.

RemNet members are able to attend these sessions at a substantially discounted fee.

Doug will present his experiences managing remuneration within Westpac's unionised environment including:

• History, issues and goals

• Realistic change in a highly structured environment

• Transitioning to a new state and a new paradigm of thinking

• What works, what to look out for, surprises and learnings.
