Siobhan is responsible for the development of reward strategy including remuneration structures, incentive programmes, benefits and mobile workforce programmes for a truly global business with nearly 16,000 employees in more than 30 countries around the world. Siobhan has over 15 years’ experience in both generalist and rewards specialist roles in multi-national organisations in the UK and New Zealand.

Pam joined IAG as Performance & Reward Manager in November 2011 following more than 5 years' as a remuneration specialist and manager with the New Zealand Fire Service. Pam's background is in remuneration both in New Zealand and the UK as well as managing teams in the payroll, organisational reporting and HRIS fields, in both the public and private sectors. Pam has been involved in large scale HRIS implementations and remuneration structure changes.

Ellen is a broadly experienced Human Resources generalist and currently heads the HR team which is responsible for three Chevron businesses in New Zealand and Australia. Prior to this Ellen worked for Air New Zealand and she has both private and public company exposure. Her expertise spans organisational change, HR strategy, employment relations, talent management, recruitment, learning and development, payroll and remuneration. Ellen has a solid grounding in dealing with diverse workforces, and working for an organisation with over 60,000 employees operating in over 180 countries. This has provided her with multi-national experience.

Huma worked in HR roles in the UK for six years before moving to NZ in late 2003. Her career in the UK spanned several blue chip organisations including Deutsche Bank, Cater Allen/Abbey National Bank and Deloitte. In NZ, Huma has worked for Vero Insurance and, more recently, with Telecom in HR leadership roles with each of Telecom's strategic business units as well as leading organisational development initiatives within Telecom around values, engagement and change, before joining Z Energy. Her passion is for unleashing the potential of people in organisations through strategic OD initiatives.

Ryan's career started out 20 years ago in IT as a developer and then as a business analyist working for Virgin Media, O2, Sky TV and Vodafone. Ryan's experience led to involvement in remuneration and performance initiatives, most recently with Air New Zealand. After 18 years, he had finally found his true calling, he says. Working for Air New Zealand provided him with some great opportunities, including being a board member of their staff health insurance scheme, where he doubled the membership over a three year period. Ryan is currently Performance and Reward Manager at TOWER, which brings new challenges such as responsibility for the company's remuneration strategy, performance management, bonus schemes, health and wellbeing and social committee.

Jan has worked in senior human resource generalist roles across a range of industries. Jan holds the role of General Manager Human Resources at OfficeMax, which is part of a global company comprising 33,000 employees. Jan has responsibility for the human resources and organisational development function. As part of this function remuneration management forms a key part. Like all HR generalists the ability to share and learn from peers is key and RemNet is a great resource for this purpose.

Matt heads the remuneration function at Telecom leading the development and implementation of remuneration policy, structure, strategy, incentive and benefits programmes, and performance management across the Telecom Group.  Matt has 9 years experience at Telecom in both NZ and Australia across a range of human resources roles and has previously held HR roles at Fletcher Challenge Forests and Mobil Oil.
