About RemNet
The New Zealand Remuneration Network Inc. (RemNet) is a not-for-profit member organisation that was formed to provide member organisations with a forum to support each other in the area of remuneration and rewards management. Member organisations span multiple industry sectors including Agriculture, Energy, FMCG, Financial Services, Information and Technology, Manufacturing, Professional Services, Public Sector and Retail.
For over 30 years RemNet has provided its members with a forum to discuss, explore, benchmark and publish information relating to innovative rewards, recognition and remuneration management.
Entry to RemNet is via an annual membership fee. Membership enables remuneration and human resources (HR) specialists throughout New Zealand with an effective way to: connect with each other; network with other organisations; and to share knowledge and information in this ever challenging environment.
RemNet has a membership base of 50 of New Zealand’s most respected organisations including Fonterra, Telecom, Air New Zealand, Fletcher Building, BNZ, TOWER and the New Zealand Fire Service.

RemNet is governed by a member-appointed member-only Committee and is professionally managed by an executive manager appointed by the RemNet Committee.
